End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: December 12, 2025

1. Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and All4business regarding the use of the WP Mass Content Generator software ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to these terms.

2. Grant of License

Subject to your payment of the applicable license fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable Yearly License to use the Software.

• Enterprise License: Allows installation on up to 2 devices owned by the licensee.
• Validity: The license is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Rent, lease, or resell the Software license key.
• Use the Software for illegal activities, including spamming sites you do not own.

4. OpenAI Costs

The Software requires your own OpenAI API Key. You are solely responsible for any costs incurred by OpenAI for text and image generation.

5. License Delivery

The Software is activated via a digital License Key. Upon confirmation of your payment via PayPal, your License Key will be generated and delivered automatically via email.

6. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ALL4BUSINESS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
